Medicine: The Medical Faculty of Masaryk University was founded in 1919. This is an opportunity to gain your medical degree in one of the best universities in Central Europe. LOCATION:

The Medical Faculty of Masaryk University is located in Brno. In terms of population and size, Brno is the second largest and most important city in the Czech Republic, after the capital Prague. It is a historic city, and is the economic, administrative and cultural centre of the region of Moravia. Its international airport has regular flights to all major European capitals. You can also travel to the city via Prague, which also has its own airport, and then take one of the regular train connections to Brno.

ADMISSION PROCESS:

In order to be admitted into Masaryk University in Brno, all candidates are required to sit an entrance examination. The examination consists of a multiple choice test on the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry and either Mathematics or Physics (chosen by the student). The level of Physics studied in the first year of baccalaureate (high school) is sufficient. There are 40 questions on each subject.
