Last 4 February took place the start of the year at Pleven University.
Throughout the week, activities and events will be held so that first year students can adapt themselves in a fast, easy and comfortable manner before the beginning of the academic year, which will start officially on 11 February.
The DEM team has been in the University supporting our 20 international students and their families with the translation from English to Spanish, organizing airport pickup students, helping to find accommodation, checking the established program and managing hotel reservations. The presence of DEM team has been highly valued and appreciated by our students, who we have known personally after admission application process.
This visit to the University has also enabled the DEM team to detail the most important aspects regarding admissions for the academic year 2014, for which we also expect to obtain great results.
The opening ceremony started this orientation weeek, being an emotional ceremony and full of feelings. After this event, a series of meetings with different real state agencies in the city were held, with the goal that all students could find an option that suits to their needs. DEM team continues to support our students in this regard.
Level tests in physics and chemistry, delivery of books and student cards, explaining of the use of the library, guided tour throughout the facilities or news conferences are some of the events that will take place this week.
On the next February 11 the academic year will officially start. The DEM team will remain in contact with their students, providing support in everything they may need.
