Charles Univesity: Entrance examinations

Last weekend, the DEM team organized the entrance examinations for the Faculties of Medicine of one of the most important, prestigious and traditional universities of all Europe: Charles University in Prague.

A proof of the high demand and reputation which the University enjoys is the internationality of the participants on the examination. The DEM team welcomed students from countries as diverse as the Arab Emirates, Spain, Germany or Venezuela.

The weekend began with the entrance examination for the  Third Faculty of Medicine, which was held on Saturday 20 April in the morning. During this examination, we counted with the presence of Jan Trnka and Romana Slamberova, renowned professors of the University. As usual, the DEM team was also present to give support to our candidates. The results of the written examination were very positive, since most of our students could access the interviews. The DEM team is waiting for the definite results, which will be sent soon. We will keep you informed.

On Sunday 21 April it was the turn of  First Faculty of Medicine. For this University we had the honor to count with the present of the Deputy Dean and physiology professor Proff. Kittnar and of Ms. Petra Koncelová, from the international student office. The results of the exams were positive and DEM was even able to get the admission for those students who had “borderline” exam results. This support was very appreciated by the admitted students.
